I cannot speak highly of this business by looking at the reviews I'm guessing I was speaking with Jeremy over email I sent through my issues and got an email back straight away at 8pm he was so patient and talked me through what I needed to do step by step to try and solve the issue I came home today to put it back together as he said and it is now working perfectly I cannot thankyou enough top notch”

She found the size we were after out the back and told us how much her mother enjoys the one she has. We would probably not have spent so much had she not been such a great salesperson. “I've used this branch of Countdown for the best part of 2 years and it has to be the best outlet in New Zealand..I mainly use home deliveries but have done some personal shopping in the past but the staff are absolutely fabulous and so down to earth friendly and helpful and the delivery drivers are second to none. Miss you Zita but your team of 3 have taken the helm and are doing an absolutely tremendous job and you are all literally lifesavers. God bless you all from the managers but especially the girls on the checkout, the food pickers and the delivery drivers, your all HEROES !! xo”

“First time in Fresh Choice G.I . Went to get some Watties kiwi roast vegetables, unfortunately they were sold out, On special so not surprised. Luckily we had a look at the meat selection and found what we were planning to buy for Xmas day. I am certain we will be back. Check out staff were friendly and really helpful.”

Only slight pain is that the departments operate independently and as a result you can get bounced around a bit, but that’s a broader issue not specific to this store. Great overall service.”

Well stock, great option for clicking collect customer: I placed my clicking collect order midnight from Auckland on the Sunday , arrived next day Monday afternoon pick up, order are all correct. “Although the product I came for was not in stock, the lady I spoke to from customer services went out of her way to not only check the storeroom, but took my number and called me the same afternoon to let me know there is a supply problem and they were unsure when they would be receiving the next shipment. I'm so sorry i didnt get your name, i wish had so your bosses know who you are! I will find out next time I'm in and edit your name in. You are a credit to your workplace. Turns out we didn't need to go as big as we thought and so we saved quite a bit of money. Once we confirmed, the unit was installed about a week later. The installer even got rid of our old rusted out unit for us. Highly recommend HeatCo Dunedin.”
